Mr. Matti Vuoria, President and CEO of the Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, was appointed Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors. Other members are Mr. Lauri Rosendahl, President of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd and Mr. Timo Peltola, President of Neste Oil Plc.

For practical chores the Board of the Securities Market Association has appointed a permanent secretariat, which follows actively development and discussion in matters concerning practice of the Association, prepares matters to the Board or committees when necessary and works as a link between companies and other parts related to Association’s practices.
