The Advisory Board of Finnish Listed Companies is an informal cooperation body established by the Confederation of Finnish Industries and Finland Chamber of Commerce. Its mission is to improve interaction between Finnish listed companies, particularly on matters related to securities market regulation.
The Advisory Board works closely with the legal committees of the Confederation of Finnish Industries and Finland Chamber of Commerce as well as the Securities Market Association. The Advisory Board aims to facilitate an environment where good practices are developed primarily through well-prepared self-regulation. The Advisory Board may propose self-regulation initiatives to the Securities Market Association.
The Advisory Board has prepared guidelines related annual general meetings and the Market Abuse Regulation, among other issues. The guidelines are available in the material bank.
