We promote good securities market practice and develop the corporate governance of listed companies.

The main purpose of the Securities Market Association is to promote and define good securities market practice. We develop the self-regulation of listed companies in relation to corporate and securities market law.

We maintain the Finnish Corporate Governance Code and Helsinki Takeover Code and participate in the development of other self-regulation. Our boards provide guidelines, interpretations and recommended decisions on the application of the codes.
